This is a book that you should definitely refer to when you have created a cross-border EC site but find that no one in your company knows how to develop it.
If you are a beginner in the field of e-commerce, I recommend that you start with this book to get the basics and the overall picture.
I have read all the similar books and found that the reason it is the easiest to understand out of all the books is that the author’s past experience and valuable practical knowledge is packed in, but the chapters are divided in the table of contents so that the reader can run on their own in the shortest distance possible.
For example, the key to in-house e-commerce operations is attracting customers.
